We use the software in conjunction with a 17' Prompter People prompter, and the combination far outperforms any of the smaller, tablet or iPad prompters out there. There are a few short comings, and the user interface is in need of an update (it's got the feel of a consumer product), but overall it works as advertised and most importantly, gives a professional looking prompter script to the talent. We've been using Flip-Q Pro from Prompter People for a number of years and have found it to be a solid product that has consistently gotten the job done for us.
